Transmission shaft accessories are an important part of transmission equipment. Although its role is not as big as that of main accessories, it is also essential in work. Therefore, you can't be careless about its maintenance. Generally, you should pay attention to the following points during daily maintenance:
1、 Regularly check the discharge of the hydraulic motor.
2、 The sliding surface and guide rail shall be kept clean, and the sliding surface shall be frequently filled with oil. Attention shall be paid to strengthening the management of hydraulic oil and lubricating oil, and mixing is strictly prohibited.
3、 Check the fastening of each piping and joint of the hydraulic path, the fastening of the screw connecting part, and the fastening of the connecting part between the injection piston and the thrust bearing housing and all parts of the thrust bearing housing.
The service life of transmission shaft accessories can be extended and used safely only if they are well maintained.
